Services Overview
Booma Motors acts as a marketplace connecting users (“Customers”) to vehicle rental services with owned, managed or operated fleet of vehicles. All bookings and transactions on the Platform are subject to these terms.
Eligibility
- Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification at the time of booking.
- Suppliers are required to meet all regulatory and legal obligations, including valid vehicle registration, permits, insurance, and roadworthiness certifications.
Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed through the Platform, with payment completed in advance.
- Payments are processed securely using PAYTM, PHONEPE, RAZORPAY, PAYU etc, and Booma Motors is not liable for any third-party payment issues.
- Incomplete payments may result in cancellation of bookings.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
User Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for the condition of vehicles during the rental period and may be held liable for damages.
- Suppliers must ensure vehicles are delivered in good condition, meeting all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Both parties are expected to provide accurate information and uphold the terms agreed upon during booking.
Liability
Booma Motors is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by Customers.
- Accidents, damages, or disputes arising during the rental period.
- Inaccuracies in vehicle descriptions or performance.
Changes to Terms
Booma Motors reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
